Garden Tour
Walk through the garden, collect vegetables and herbs, and learn how fresh Thai ingredients are used.
Discover Thai culture through fresh ingredients, traditional techniques, garden herbs, aromatic spices and a full day of cooking together.
Before Mali Thai Cooking Class had a name, we began with a question: if one thing could represent Thailand without saying the word “Thai,” what would it be?
Our answer was jasmine — Mali. Around the world, jasmine is known for its unmistakable fragrance. In Thailand, it also carries a deeper sense of welcome, warmth, respect and friendship.
That spirit shapes the experience at Mali. The class is not only about preparing a meal. It is about discovering Thai culture through every sense — fresh ingredients, herbs from the garden, spices released in the mortar and the careful details that make Thai food unique.
From garden herbs to curry paste, cooking, cultural workshops and afternoon tea, each part of the day is designed to feel connected and memorable.
